Dr. Sheila Hartley

Dr. Sheila Hartley, EdD, BCBA is an Early Childhood Specialist and the founder of SenseSational Learning Group LLC, where she provides neurodiversity-affirming, play-based ABA services for young children and the adults who support them. She partners with parents, preschools, and early learning programs to improve behavior, regulation, and skill development through intentional environments, responsive relationships, and evidence-based practice.

Based in Michigan, Dr. Hartley offers in-home, community, and school-based ABA services, virtual parent coaching, and early childhood consultation—all grounded in a belief that behavior is communication and that learning happens best through play, connection, and everyday moments.
