Passionate about helping kids learn?

Ever notice how a kid's whole face lights up when they finally master something they've been working on? Or how a seemingly "random" comment during block play is actually their way of connecting with you? Do you enjoy teaching literacy and social skills through art or other sensory based activities? If you're the kind of person who sees these moments—and lives for them—keep reading.

At SenseSational Learning Group, we're a small, BCBA-owned company growing intentionally in Michigan communities. We're not a corporate machine churning through kiddos. We're neighbors, collaborators, and passionate humans who believe neurodivergent children don't need to be "fixed"—they need to be understood, supported, and celebrated.

And we need you to help us do that.

We are hiring BCBAs and RBTs across Michigan.  Bonus points if you have proven expertise in early childhood education, play based intervention, or parent coaching and support!

1:1 sessions change one kid's day. Groups change how a whole community sees each other.

Our thriving Social Connections Club is entering its next exciting chapter — and we want you to help shape it! This role blends social skills group facilitation (toddlers through teens) with a smaller in-home caseload, giving you variety and depth. You'll join a crew of BCBAs already deep in the work — fading prompts, supporting peer connection, and helping clients generalize skills in real, natural group settings.

Parents and Daughter

Families aren't your caseload. They're your collaborators — and your best referral source.

We built our philosophy around one idea: happy, supported families and happy, supported clinicians both produce better outcomes. This role is where that philosophy meets the outside world — coaching parents as true partners, and building the relationships that bring more families through our doors.

Build the tools other clinicians wish they had.

At most ABA companies, “clinical resources” means a shared drive of outdated templates nobody trusts. Here, you'd be the person shaping this system — building the protocols, curricula, and training materials that make every BCBA on our team sharper.
