Parents and early childhood professionals are responsible for guiding young children as they learn to become independent. This often requires co-regulation, as children need calm and caring interactions for optimal growth. Children and caregivers benefit from using individualized and strengths-based approaches to redirection in home, school, and community settings. During this workshop, participants will learn how to identify reinforcement and redirection strategies to use with young children to minimize challenging behaviors.

*Completion of this course the final assessment will result in earning continuing education credits through the Behavior Analysis Certification Board for those who qualify.
