Sheila Hartley, Board Certified Behavior Analyst, Early Childhood Educational & Behavioral Consultant, and Owner of SenseSational Learning Group, presents an interactive learning opportunity for behavior support professionals, educators, and early intervention specialists!
Children are innate explorers who learn best by engaging in play and following their preferred interests. Behavior support professionals can capitalize on each child’s unique preferences by incorporating these topics into their emergent curriculum and program goals. During this workshop, participants will actively engage in planning developmentally appropriate activities for neurotypical & neurodivergent students.Â
A deeper look at the BACB Code of Ethics will shed light on our ethical obligation to understand developmental milestones as a prerequisite to practice within our scope of competence. Â provide effective treatment, and involve clients in developing goals. Although this course is designed for educators, administrators, and behavior support professionals (such as Board Certified Behavior Analysts and Registered Behavior Technicians), the information is enthusiastically offered to parents and any other individuals interested in behavior analysis.Â
*Completion of this course will and the final assessment will result in continuing education credits through the Behavior Analysis Certification Board and MiRegistry for those who qualify.
